Instru-Met has the capability to calibrate force and load machines on-site at your facility. Our force calibration capacities include forces up to 100,000 pounds in compression\/tension. We can calibrate the small bench top testers as well as the large hydraulic test machines. Our services include Tensile Testers, Universal Test Machines, Compression Test Machines, Pull Testers, Creep Testers, Stress Rupture Testers and Strand Testers.\u00a0 All our force calibrations are in accordance to the most recent ASTM E-4 specification. Instru-Met is also accredited to calibrate extensometers, compressometers and deflectometers on-site as well as calibrate the test speed and displacement on your test machines. Instru-Met uses precision standard load cells and\/or dead weights to calibrate your test machine and testing devices. \u00a0All of our load cells are calibrated in accordance with the most current edition of ASTM E74.All calibrations performed in the field are traceable to NIST, The National Institute of Standard and Technology and are performed in accordance to documented and controlled procedures. Our Quality Assurance system complies with the applicable requirements of ANSI\/NCSL Z540-1 and ISO\/IEC 17025.\u00a0 Upon completion of our visit to your facility Instru-Met will \u00a0provide Calibration Certificates for all the items calibrated at your facility in digital format via e-mail or can provide hard copies printed and mailed.<\/p>\n
